My story regarding Karen’s exceptional professionalism starts back in the summer of 2009. My wife and I had just met, and we were re in the process of blending a new family of six. This left Karen with the unique challenge of finding us a new home in the city of Albany with six bedrooms. In addition, Karen had to find a home within our budget. To our surprise, Karen found a home that met all our needs. The only issue was that it was a few thousand dollars above our budget. Karen had us place an offer at our maximum price and include a personal letter to the owners explaining our situation and why this house would be perfect for us.
